There are 8 great ways to stay active at your work desk. (1) Sit on a stability ball instead of a chair. (2) Do a set of 25 Squats each hour. (3) Take a walk on your lunch break. (4) Do some crunches on your stability ball.(5) Stretch at your desk (6) Do 3-4 sets of 15 resistance band exercises.(Upright Rows, Cable Rows, Bicep Curls) (7) Do 3 to 4 sets of low impact cardio exercises 30 seconds: (Heisman, Power Knees, Switch Kicks, Power Jacks)
